Birthright Citizenship (NOT)

While we watch the Invasion of Our Country by MILLIONS of illegal entrants – aliens, we Conservatives are treated to another spit-in-your-face gift from the hate America mob. It has recently been given the title ‘birthright citizenship’ to make it an ‘official’ feature of our society. The bad joke they are trying to put over on us is the fact that they are using that term and the Invasion to make American citizenship WORTHLESS.  THAT is the whole point of the Invasion.

 

 

There is no such thing as ‘birthright citizenship’ in our country. It is a fiction, a con game, a fraud. It is not found anywhere in our history. Various promoters and scammers have concocted lame explanations – stories – to try to put some lipstick on  that fiction but a thorough and somewhat involved review of citizenship will show, once again, that the ‘regular folks’ are being swindled by people who have rotten anti-American motives. They have the reliable assistance of all the people in our country who sit by and do NOTHING about the organized crime being shoved down their throats. It is just one more gimmick the Rats use to assault and damage and eventually destroy America, and replace it with – the world’s biggest Bus Station.

When the ‘founding fathers’ wrote up the Constitution back around 1790 and set up the new federal government they (politicians) forgot to put in words EXPLICITLY who is a citizen and who is not. They just kinda sorta went along with – whoever is around now is a citizen, their children will be citizens, and if anybody comes to Our Country from now on they must apply for citizenship and become ‘naturalized’ citizens who will be included in the new U.S.A. land of opportunity. The founders’ inept failure to be responsible about defining Citizen set us up for the mess we are in now.

On we go to 1868, after the Civil War and all the legal problems that came with putting a stop – Constitutionally – to SLAVERY, and the politicians attempted, by amending the Constitution to define who is a citizen, and missed the target again. The 14^th amendment has a disgraceful sentence, written by those politicians, to make not very plain what citizenship is. It reads “ All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside”.

There are 2 Big Problems with this statement. First what exactly does ‘naturalization’ mean? Second they could not have been serious when they used the word SUBJECT to describe the relationship between We the People and the government that THEY set up. Honestly it is beyond belief that this sentence has not been removed from the Constitution.

Big Problem #1. What exactly is naturalization supposed to mean? I take it that they meant the process of swearing an oath of allegiance to America – glad to be here, want to succeed and enjoy life here, willing to stand up against those who are hostile to America and finally will swear off allegiance to any other country. Naturalized does NOT mean y’know BORN in the central part of North America, like naturally, y’know. It means joining up to be a citizen just like the Real normal Citizens of America – THOSE WHO ARE BORN HERE FROM PARENTS WHO ARE CITIZENS.

Citizenship comes through the birth canal – in this country, and every other country on this planet. There is no ‘birthright citizenship’ – that is citizenship gained from the latitude and longitude where a baby happens to be delivered. The right that any child gains when being born in whatever country, confers citizenship in that country, when their parents make it happen. People in Japan are Japanese citizens because that is where Japanese citizens live – in Japan! And Japan is called Japan because that is where lots of  Japanese people live- because Japanese mommies have Japanese babies – Get it? The same is true for Bolivia, and Hungary, and Morocco, and Kenya, and Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Columbia, etc. etc. right around the Western Hemisphere, and the world!

Infants born in their parents’ native land are CITIZENS of that native land because THEIR PARENTS are citizens of that land. The latitude and longitude where the blessed event happens has NOTHING to do with citizenship. Citizenship is a human thing, not a geographical thing. America is no exception to that reality. It is astonishing and aggravating to observe the ‘birthright citizenship’ con game that is foisted on Our Country by cheapshot desperados who have only contempt for America. If only we had some honorable politicians who would stand up and put a stop to the racket those people are inflicting on us… EAP anyone?

We are now made to watch the spectacle of women coming into this country and flopping down on a highway somewhere this side of the southern border to deliver a baby which is then taken to the nearest hospital (paid for by American taxpayers) with mom and the little bundle of joy given all the medical care they need. And, by the way, the baby is pronounced a U.S. citizen automatically – ‘birthright’ y’know. We can ask the government officials of the country that mom came from what citizenship does the baby have and they will say without hesitation, the baby is a citizen of OUR country- NOT the USA. The parents are still citizens of the country they left and the baby is also a citizen of that country. Those officials in the former country KNOW that citizenship comes through the birth canal. Being delivered at birth in some latitude and longitude in the U.S. DOES NOT GIVE U.S. CITIZENSHIP to that infant. Never has and never will. Accumulated years and decades of blather about ‘birthright citizenship’ DOES NOT make it the LAW of the land!

If a woman happens to be in America for some reason, a student at graduate school, or assigned to a corporate office in America, or visiting relatives and she delivers a baby – not fathered by an American citizen – that infant DOES NOT acquire American citizenship. The baby is a citizen of the country the parents are from. If an American citizen is married to someone from a foreign country who has retained that citizenship the parents may decide for themselves what citizenship the child will have. In Our Country the child will not have dual citizenship. You are either IN or OUT. American citizens can have only one allegiance – that is to the United States of America and nowhere else. I am not interested in ‘special cases’ here.

Big Problem #2  In that sentence from the 14^th amendment it stipulates that citizens are SUBJECT to  the ‘jurisdiction’ of the U.S. government. I thought that you once-upon-a-time colonials got a revolting war going for ONE reason – you didn’t like being SUBJECTS of mean old King George the third. I thought THE WHOLE POINT of the fracas was to set up your own government with your own laws and THAT was the big deal – We the People will Make our own laws, Respect our own laws, Understand and Promote our own laws – not be SUBJECT  to the laws, not be bullied around by Kings or nobility or any other kind of brute government, but give just consent to the laws that you write for your own GOOD. Somehow the politicians who wrote that sentence missed the Whole Point of starting a new country based on the authorizing agreement of the people who are the life of the country.

When people come to this country with honest intention to become citizens by going through the required process they DEMONSTRATE BY THEIR ACTIONS that they are in agreement with the American system of law. And further, they demonstrate by staying and pitching in with their fellow Americans that they have considered life in the U.S. and decided to stick with America. They are NOT SUBJECT to the Jurisdiction of the government but in Considered Agreement with it. And when people come to this country in some illegal way they DEMONSTRATE BY THEIR ACTIONS that they have NO respect for our laws and are not interested in doing the very thing that the colonists originally claimed this country was ‘founded’ for – to write their own laws, understand, respect and obey their own laws. It is a shameful spectacle to watch MILLIONS of people wander into this country blatantly uninterested in respecting American law and apparently pretty sure that they will get away with it – after all they have the information that the judges who deal with this mess couldn’t care less about American law, history, heritage or – Citizenship. It is quite a three ring circus with judges pulling any prank they can to assist illegal aliens in their contempt for the laws of Our Country, and sneering at American citizens – What are you going to do about it? Well, one thing we can do is rewrite the 14^th amendment to get rid of ‘subject to’ and replace that with ‘ in considered agreement with’. I have done that with my pocket copy of the Constitution. People who ‘pop in’ to the U.S.A. to pop out a baby must be informed that their ‘birthright’ prank isn’t going to work. Bye.

Through the twentieth century citizenship has been treated very strictly early on, and now, very loosely. The notion of  ‘birthright citizenship’ has only become ‘a thing’ in the last few years as those who wish to annihilate American Citizenship use it to create confusion and use that confusion to instigate the alien Invasion con game – to DESTROY the very idea of American Citizenship. There are groups in the U.S. that go right ahead and play along (Chamber of Commerce, fake Christians and Demo-rats) with the con game in order to increase the number of customers who will spend money, work for low wages, and also Vote for the political party they are – supposed to vote for. Those groups sashay along with total impunity from any ‘jurisdiction’ in this country. Further, we have a contrived disfunctional National Immigration Service which apparently exists to set up the conditions for the colossal mess by making the application for citizenship for people who want to come to America the proper, legal way an endless expensive nightmare.

In Our Country of Goodness and Decency one of the realities we live by is this – The Best Sets The Rule. We practice lawful citizenship, commerce, marriage, all that we do with that Rule as an accepted guide. We do not endure a reality in which the Worst sets the Rule, with a country that is some sort of mafia land. There are people coming to this country every year  who try to deal with the INS and the legal racket that has grown into a shameful disgrace. Those honorable immigrants endure all kinds of idiotic obstacles for attaining citizenship, while the D.C. mob keeps the sorry mess going year after year while waving illegal aliens across the border by the millions. But the Honorable immigrants Set the Rule. When they come to Our Country they demonstrate BY THEIR ACTIONS that they intend to stay here, join in with Americans to make this a good and great country and RESPECT the laws that We the People write. Those people who follow our rules and obey our laws show the fraud of ‘birthright citizenship’. People who enter our country illegally show BY THEIR ACTIONS that hey have no respect for Our Country, our laws, citizenship benefits and Responsibilities. They cannot be allowed to gain some sort of 10 cent citizenship. They are being herded into America to damage Citizenship as a way of life which will contribute to destroying America. It is a spectacle of nation killing failure.

We have a country- Good, getting Better on the upward way to Best, where people enjoy a comfortable life, good health, prosperity and education available for everyone. We can learn our history and our heritage from nations around the world, and understand that we are all in on an Agreement that we will take Responsibility to have a lawful nation, a lawful society and that we will Respect and Support the laws we make for ourselves. America is not – and NEVER was a ‘whatever’ escapade. From the beginning in Plymouth and the Old Dominion people came to America TO MAKE GOOD HAPPEN. They did not come here to set up criminal rackets or Bogus Empires, or pirate hideouts, or SLAVE states – indeed not. They came here because they saw their chance to escape the total lockdown of every square inch of Europe by monarchies (at that time) and by the Church (at that time) and their chance to have OWNERSHIP – BY LAW! – of land for a home and a farm or business among neighbors who all had the same notion. They brought with them – from Great Britain, the heritage of LAW , Magna Carta, Glorious Revolution, King or Queen in Parliament, representative government for the GOOD of all involved. WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND?

Through 400 hundred years now this resolve to create, build and improve a Country of Goodness and  Decency, Understanding and Accomplishment has been America’s guiding Principle – a Principle that is proven correct by the Fact Of Goodness, the astounding successes of the John and Jane CITIZENS who hitch up their britches and live the Truth of  Goodness in America every day. ( if only John and Jane would get interested in ELECTING people of goodness and decency and intelligence to public office we would be in far better shape.)

I will say this to those who hate America, despise our hard working prosperity, our dislike of maniacal  ideology, our just neighbor folks attitude, our Biblical heritage – Old and New Testament, and wish the worst for America and work to injure and destroy America any way they can –

If you are bothered by America – LEAVE. If EVERYTHING about America is SO loathsome to you – LEAVE. If you just can’t stand the ‘deplorables’ who get too close to you at the supermarket – LEAVE. Why do you stay here in this hideous, disgusting country?  Why do you waste one more precious minute of your precious lives in this rotten dump? You are FREE to pack up and move to some other place on this planet where you can be – HAPPY – for the rest of your life. So, what are you waiting for? Once you have gone you will never again be bothered, offended or embarrassed by America.

Go ahead, go away, stay away, don’t come back – even when in some other country the realization that YOU ARE LIVING A LIE becomes unavoidable. You will never have to put up with Americans anymore. And WE will never have to put up with YOU!

I will not say Good Bye but GOOD RIDDANCE.

There is no such thing as ‘birthright citizenship’ in the United States of America. It is a contrived scam used by people who are disturbed – disturbed about a happy, prosperous, successful Nation. Conservatives should make it  a regular duty to contact Representatives, Senators, state and local officials to DEMAND that immigration and the process of becoming a citizen should be organized and directed in an efficient, effective and SANE manner to bring ONLY HONORABLE PEOPLE from foreign countries here so that We the People – Citizens – can welcome them to our lawful  Nation of Rights and Responsibilities. We have this mess we are in thanks to the nincompoops in D.C. who WANT IT THIS WAY. If only we had a National Conservative Party to clear away the useless Republican Party and deal with The Rats directly and obliterate them. O Happy Day.
