There are bad people in the world. They do not think the way decent, honorable people think.

Most of them are little bad, but a few of them are Big Bad. Most practice inflicting abuse, injury and even death on their local neighbors. Some have Bigger Badder ambitions, such as financial and political corruption, organized crime, overthrow of governments, mass murder and war. They all MUST BE DEALT WITH DIRECTLY- from town justices dealing with burglars to international tribunals dealing with genocide, there are despicable people in the world who need to be zapped. Since the end of the Second World War, we have been learning a long, tiresome lesson about the failure to take action in decisive and terminal ways to deal with criminal political gangs in countries all around the world. It is unpleasant to watch law abiding people slowly learn the lesson that criminals see restraint and fair play, negotiating and diplomacy as invitations to further criminal activity.

Our Armed Forces are our DEFENSE against Bad people who intend to harm America and Americans in whatever way they can wherever they can. The Armed Forces are also our OFFENSE to go after the Bad people wherever they are and deal with them DIRECTLY – TERMINALLY. Here in the early 21^st century we have gotten to the point where decades of foreign ‘interventions’ and huge defense budgets have created an attitude of fatigue and animosity toward American involvement in places far from home. Some people are openly opposing our Huge Military, our Huge Defense budget and any activity by our military anywhere.

The colonists who came to America originally did not come here for – freedom. They came here to make something GOOD happen. They certainly were seeking opportunities to make a New start in a ‘New’ world but they were entirely in agreement with habeas corpus and the rule of law. Their intention was to make the most of a vast land of astonishing possibilities and work together in a wilderness to accomplish a prosperous life and succeed at a SELF GOVERNING endeavor. In order to have a safe place to make those GOOD things happen they had to develop effective defensive capabilities to deal with the tribes that were willing to massacre people whenever they felt like it.

Through four centuries as America has grown and prospered in amazing ways our need for capable armed forces has always been apparent and undeniable. During all this time we have had a unique situation that justifies our commitment to a strong military. That is the presence of Canada – the other half of British North America. We have gotten along almost entirely free of any conflict for all these years and have established a legacy of peaceful, sane co-operation almost unknown in the rest of the world. AMERICA IS NOT A WARMONGER NATION. AMERICA IS NOT A RACIST IMPERIALIST COLONIALIST CAPITALIST THUG SOCIETY. From the beginning America and Canada  have demonstrated an astonishing proof of the success of people, as neighbors, with standards of Goodness, Decency, Understanding and Accomplishment.

We, Americans, have been through some difficult times for sure – the ‘Whining Brats War’, various incidental armed disagreements up to the Civil War, First and Second World Wars and then international ‘support actions’ in the late 20^th and early 21^st century to oppose and defeat socialist criminal gangs around the world.

Our Armed Forces – Department of Defense – is now a colossal, astonishingly powerful and hugely expensive Fact of Life for We the Taxpayers. We live with the despicable threat of nuclear weapons possessed by craven maniacs in Russia and China which puts the issue of Defense in a – NECESSARY EXPENDITURE – category. The control and management of the Armed Forces has become a complicated, troubling and ever-present reality. Most people are not aware of the myriad ways we can deliver lethal destruction to the Bad guys. Citizen taxpayers have a responsibility to get familiar with everything our military can – BLOW UP, and how much it costs to do that.

 

When a President is elected we start off the new administration with an Inaugural Address. Each President stands up in front of America and gives a brief review of what he plans to accomplish while in office. We need to add to the civilian Inaugural Address a speech by the Commander in Chief to the Armed Forces – at a chosen military base. The President should review with the Officers and citizen soldiers present what he wants to see them accomplish. In that speech the President should state the following:

Yesterday I took the Oath of Office as President of the United States of America. The President also has the responsibility for being the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. You people have the First Responsibility of  defending and protecting America from hostile nations who intend to damage and destroy America. Our Country is a wealthy, prosperous, comfortable nation with two oceans protecting us from any enemies. On our northern border Canada is our best friend, sharing a history and heritage of industry, prosperity and freely elected representative government, and rule of law. We have no need to attack any other country on this planet. We are in almost total control of our prosperous future. We have no malicious dislike of any people anywhere around the world. Lots of their relatives live in America.

We have seen over the past several decades a concerted, organized military assault on various small nations around the world by criminal socialist thug governments. Almost all of this activity has been planned and operated by Russia or China and their ‘client’ gangsters who are cynically used as tools of murderous oppression – touted as ‘liberation’. America has put up military opposition to this disgraceful killing spree – with varied results in a long list of countries. We have sent soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen to help nations resist and defeat the hostile attacks – WHICH THEY NEVER ASKED FOR. This history of fighting against criminal political gangs has caused a serious disagreement among different attitudes that people in Our Country have about it.

I am here today to announce to those criminal political gangsters who might imagine that they can get away with their vile and wretched destruction of nations and people –

NO, YOU WILL NOT DO THAT. WE WILL STOP YOU.

We will not sit by and watch while people anywhere in the world are attacked, maimed, killed and ruined – and do nothing. We will oppose directly with all the military resources necessary to defeat those criminal ‘liberation’ plans and provide security for any people who only want to live in peace and prosperity. We do not wish to see our young men, and women, sent to fight against political mafias, to be injured, crippled or killed. But we are not so afraid of injury – or death – that we will dodge our responsibility to support and promote peaceful, elected representative government everywhere in the world. The day will come – finally – when the last political crime gang is put out of business. Until that day the United States of America will be ready willing and able to stand up against official thuggery and criminal inferiority and DEFEAT completely those gangsters.

We have seen the futility of ‘police actions’, ‘limited engagements’, and ‘nice’ wars. There is no such thing as a ‘nice’ war. Going forward I will direct, with the advice and concurrence of Congress – Senate and House of Representatives – the Armed Forces to go to any place where trouble has been contrived, find the gangsters responsible for that armed murderous contrivance and – KILL EVERY ONE OF THEM. There will be no more ‘peace keeping’ escapades. No more ‘winning hearts and minds’.  No more ‘respecting cultural difference’. No more ‘negotiating with murderers’.

I will give orders to the senior military officers who direct our Armed Forces to go to that troubled place, get rid of the perpetrators, forget about taking prisoners, get it done and over with as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Some will say that America will be seen as a Big Bully, or international tyrant. That will last for however many hours, or days it takes to erase the troublemakers from existence, and then hear the voices of those who have been freed from maniacal ‘geopolitics’. When our Armed Forces are finished with clearing out the Bad guys we will again be seen as the GOOD GUYS that we are.

I finally want to send out a message of CAUTION to all those political thugs around the world who might be entertaining schemes of destruction. You are now operating under a mistaken notion of American fecklessness, bumbling and lack of resolve. I don’t know where the next trouble place will be but I want you thugs to know that ALL HELL IS GOING TO BREAK LOOSE and we the people of America will restore the rightful citizens of whatever country it may be to their God given rights to life, goodness, and justice. To all you members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force – prepare for ACTION.
