A Federal Legislature Puzzle Pic

Elections come and elections fade into the past, but one thing always remains in America – a Federal legislature that is, curiously, always stranded around 50% Democrat and 50% Republican. Gee, I wonder why that is? In a society where various issues have public opinion showing  60 – 40, 70 – 30, even 80 – 20 fave/unfave support among people IT IS A CON GAME when somehow, mysteriously we end up with a 50 – 50 Congress. Wouldn’t the political party that has majority support on most issues be in TOTAL control of legislatures – in D.C. and around the country?

Does this occur because one party takes a ‘left’ position on issues and the other party takes a ‘right’ position? So with two parties tugging away at voters with contesting attitudes you must end up with 50 – 50 government, right? Or maybe professional political racketeers figured out a long time ago that they can go back home from D.C. with MORE goodies (federal funds) for the go along to get along folks in their districts and states and get re-elected more than 90% of the time if they ‘co-operate’ to control the federal funding that is involved with all legislation. Are the Democrats in control in D.C. or are the Republicans in control – or is MONEY in control in D.C.?

When one party is a gang of vipers, rats, weasels and scorpions and the other party is a bunch of bunny rabbits and woodchucks what do you think will happen? The party that is most extreme and ruthless is going to get control and America is going to lose. But that is okay with the bunny rabbits and woodchucks who will butt-kiss the rats and shake hands with the vipers as long as they are allowed to help themselves to their share of the D.C. cash grab. The ‘right’ party that Will Not Get Their Principles in Order will leave voters with lame choices and bad options when we are trying to figure out how to steer Our Country in an UP direction. As time passes the ‘America last’ criminal gang demonstrates their hostility to Our Country, and their rotten incompetence while tightening their grip on government and the ‘right’ party fumbles and bumbles along to stay in the cash grab racket. That is what 50 – 50 government is all about.

It goes on and on steadily getting worse and closer to bankruptcy breakdown. But as long as it can be put over on the taxpaying, voting saps it will never change. It is a disgusting vaudeville show to watch with the official line getting more vile, more impossible to excuse. It is a disgraceful spectacle to wonder at – how do people in this country DECEIVE THEMSELVES for so many years while the evidence of the criminal D.C. racket piles up to the sky. Why is it that normal humans (homo SAPIENS) do not STAND UP and DEMAND plain, sane good sense explanations with numbers about the legislative ‘process’ we endure from the politicians who volunteer to ‘take care’ of making the LAWS with which we live.

I sometimes wonder if the people of this country are worth bothering with if they want to be dragged down through failure after lie after scam to an ugly disaster. Are there enough decent, honorable, intelligent, energetic citizens to build a critical people-mass to vote this country onto a path to financial stability, education excellence and wise, effective government? The only sure way to correct the D.C. mess is to elect people who are determined to achieve Excellent government. It is VERY apparent that this will never happen with the Republican Party – the cash grab obsessed bunny rabbits and woodchucks. Those people have had decades to succeed at governing America and they have accomplished – um. Whatever success America has achieved is due to the work of We the People who get up every day and go to work to make our homes, communities and nation go right. The tired, shabby record of abuse we have suffered from the D.C. ratmob for so many years will necessarily end up in some kind of wretched mess – unless Our Country is guided in a different direction. How about Good Better Best – does that sound like a direction worth pursuing?

Perhaps if we had a Real National Conservative Party made up of people WHO WANT TO WIN, people who intend to improve our legislatures – federal, state and local to an 80 – 20  split between Conservatives and hate America villains – we could throw 50 – 50 government on the ash heap of history and head up the road to a future of Great Goodness.
