While we are trying to find some way to make sane the tangled web of health care in Our Country – patients, doctors, nurses, hospitals, bills, laws, insurance, etc., we might consider an idea whose time may have arrived. Establish a National Center to pay any patient’s bill IMMEDIATELY and then have the patient pay back, over time, every cent of the bill. There are several LARGE benefits in this PLAN.

First, the DOCTOR GETS PAID.

And the NURSE GETS PAID.

And the HOSPITAL GETS PAID.

Maybe doctors and nurses and hospitals can get back to focusing on their honorable ambition to HELP people who suffer with pain and disease and injury and lifelong crippling problems.

Each patient can participate in his/her health care situation by getting involved in learning about whatever problem is happening, what can be done about it, how much that will cost, and what their health future will be like. The patient can decide how aggressively the problem should be dealt with, how expensive the treatment method will be, and whether to just go ahead and pay for it yourself or let the bills go through the National Payment Center process and pay back the Center as the patient is able. One interesting point to make – Health Insurance will be  G O N E. And good riddance to that shabby American fiasco. People may choose to have money taken from their paychecks for a ‘protection plan’ from some imagined future calamity. You pay for the health care you need, when you need it – and the rest of your life you go right ahead and KEEP YOUR MONEY to employ as you wish. Now just hold on a minute Mr. Smart Guy. Maybe a few of those patients will decide to get their medical troubles taken care of and then waltz away with NO INTENTION of ever paying anything to some Payment Center somewhere in Kansas (which is  where the Center will be located.)  Correct answer – Welcome to the Orange Vest Brigade. If you don’t feel like paying YOUR OWN health bill, We the People have a nice job working as a highway beautification hero getting paid minimum wage from which money will be deducted over a (long) time to pay off the bill. Most people will decide to have money taken out of their paychecks, with their agreement, so the bill gets paid in full. Each person can decide how fast the bill goes away.

There will be people who just are not able to function in this world who will need medical care for which they could never hope to pay. We already have such people and We the People provide for those few cases.

This Plan would not be much different in practice from what we have now – except for the insanity, the robbery in broad daylight, the astounding infernal bureaucracy, the contrived pressure to jack up prices and the dizzy world of pop medicine culture which degrades our society. People will get sick, they will get medical care – and they will pay for it – – only when they need it.

The Plan will also bring a nationwide CALM to health care – unlike the circus we watch all the time. One system, one paperwork process with a single set of forms used by everybody. Fifty state cooperation with all aspects of health care from birth to death, and top to toe. As time goes by the plain ordinary effectiveness of this will get health care rolling along as a regular hometown fact of life that nobody gets excited about. We will all know that if a neighbor (or I) get sick it will be taken care of quickly and then paid back as soon as the patient can afford to pay it  – after the National Payment Center has first paid the bill. BUT PAYING IT OFF IN FULL WILL HAPPEN. For those few people who have crippling injuries or conditions We the People will take care of that, just as we do now.

And, by the way, the National Payment Center will be a PRIVATE CORPORATION – NOT a Big Government official catastrophe. The Corporation leadership MUST have regular overturn in top personnel to avoid the poison of an entrenched cabal burrowing in to get a stranglehold on the Plan. (Remember that Fauci thing? – has he been thrown in prison yet?) It will be a MAJOR improvement to see the REMOVAL of the URGE to GOVERNMENT CONTROL that our current fiasco exacerbates. If the Plan process works well then those control freaks who use health issues as a way to spread the cancer of government CONTROL throughout Our Country will be sadly disappointed and they definitely will let everybody hear about it. I would say something, but this is a family friendly website.

The Health Care Bill Payment Center will be a BIG DEAL for sure. I mean a massive processing center, a clearing house for bills processed and payments received. But with computerized operation it should be manageable, especially with a single unified system. I am thinking the plan is worth trying, maybe starting out with a few states to get the total process brought into a smoothly functioning reality, and then adding more states to get the whole country up to speed. It may give Americans a chance to SURPRISE themselves by seeing the difference between working sanity and colossal confounded nonsense.
